Sushi & Slabs is BinderFest’s limited-capacity VIP collector salon: an evening of sushi, exceptional graded cards and the stories that make collections personal. Owners bring a select group of slabs to display and explain—what they chased, why the cards matter and how they found their way into the collection.

It is designed for unhurried conversation away from the noise of the show floor. Collectors can discover remarkable collections, meet the people behind them and build relationships around a shared appreciation for the hobby.

GradingLab takes collectors from raw card to informed submission. Guided demonstrations cover centering, corners, edges, surface, handling, preparation and the complete grading journey—from deciding what may be worth submitting to understanding what happens after the card leaves your hands.

The goal is not to promise a grade. It is to give collectors the knowledge and tools to examine cards more carefully, understand the economics and recognize when grading may—or may not—make sense.

TradeAcademy is a beginner-friendly, parent-welcome experience that helps children and newer collectors understand condition, value, card care, negotiation and the fundamentals of a fair trade. The emphasis is confidence, good judgment and respect for the collector across the table.

Guided exercises and supervised trading make the hobby approachable without making it childish. New collectors learn how to prepare for a trade, ask better questions and make decisions they feel good about afterward.

The Vendor Hall is BinderFest’s always-on marketplace. It runs throughout the festival with curated sellers, strong inventory, modern hobby products and clear pricing—with an initial emphasis on Pokémon, One Piece and selected trading-card categories.

This is the connective tissue of the event: shop between BinderMatch rounds, bring new finds to GradingLab and continue conversations started throughout the day. BinderFest prioritizes quality, variety and collector trust over an endless count of interchangeable tables.
